The Little Squares and Stripes Hat
This hat is one I am proud of. I created this pattern a couple of years ago and love it! Since I started selling it I have seen a lot of copycats and take-offs on etsy but I love that I have inspired that (however I don't like people selling my hat without paying for it!). This hat is so cute and fun! Angela Weedon has taken so many beautiful photos of this hat! I make it in lots of colors as well. This hat takes so much time to make that I am now selling the pattern. The pattern is for personal use only, but I just don't have enough time to make this for everyone! Enjoy these photos of precious little ones.

Lillebarn Too
Some of you may not know that a few months ago I opened a sister store to Lillebarn called Lillebarn Too. I have toyed with the idea for a long time and decided to finally do it so I can sell digital cards, wedding announcements, and wall art, and all my other goodies that are not hand knits there. It's been fun having things separated. However, most people are still buying birth announcements, etc from Lillebarn. Probably because it's more familiar and I have a good track record of sales there. Anyway, I am really excited to be posting more listings for my designs in Lillebarn Too. Be sure to check back often to see what is new. Here's a taste of a few designs.

More of the elf hat

The Little Elf Stocking Cap
This was probably my most popular item for the holidays in 2008. Now that christmas is past the craze continues! Here are some pic of the elf hat you might enjoy.
My college roommate, Nikki, and her husband Cameron and son John Henry wore these hats as they dressed up as elves for their flight from New York City where they live to Utah for christmas. I'm sure everyone on their flight smiled when they saw them!

I love Cocoons
Last year I started making cocoons for photography props. The first one I made was the reworkings of a wrap that was way too long for a little newborn to be wrapped up in. Here's a photo of my little baby in it. I just want to love on this little munchkin! It was so fun to make that I kept going...
Then I tried to make different styles...
And different colors...
I have been knitting cocoons like mad and I've got designs for about 10 more varieties floating in my head. These are photos of just a few I have done for my customers. I also have a bedroom in my house full of new yarn for the cocoons as well. Keep up on Lillebarn to watch for new designs.
***PS - I now offer my cocoon pattern for the first cocoon in my etsy shop. Because there was so much demand and so many requests for it I had to offer it to knitters everywhere.
